We are situated at Berkeley Vale, on the Central Coast of NSW, about 45 minutes drive north of Sydney, on the east Coast of Australia. We operate our business from home where we have a large library and office. Recently we have expanded our stock into a warehouse.

Books By Mail has become a family business, starting off as a hobby for myself, Becky, as I have always had a love of books.  My family play various roles from assisting with processing the orders and dispatching the books, to sourcing good quality, interesting, and rare titles. My brother Jonathan who is a carpenter is always in demand for building new shelving with our ever increasing stock.

The bulk of our books are reading books such as Crime Novels, Biographies, Romance & Literature but we do have a bit of everything from New Age to Cooking to Business and True Crime. It will take awhile to list everything -- especially as we keep buying more! – so if you can't find what you're after please feel free to contact us and ask.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx , PayPal, PayMate(Cheques drawn on an Australian bank, Australia Post Money Orders and Australian Direct Deposit by arrangement).

If you choose to pay via PayPal we will email you a PayPal invoice when we receive your order.

Postage costs within Australia

We charge a flat rate within Australia $6.50 regular post, express or registered post please add an additional $3.50.

International postage

We charge only the actual cost of shipping and packaging materials for international orders. We will quote prices for Air Mail and Economy Air Mail before shipping.

Any item may be returned if found to be incorrectly described, providing notification is received within 10 days of receipt.
